Establishments with 250 or more employees must submit Form 300A data electronically.
Establishments with 20–249 employees in certain high-hazard industries must also submit electronically.
Smaller employers and low-risk industries are exempt from electronic submission.
Form 300A summarizes the total number of work-related injuries and illnesses in your workplace each year. Importantly, this form does not include employee names—only anonymized data.
Form 300A data must be submitted by March 2 of the year following the calendar year reported. For example:
2024 data is due by March 2, 2025
2025 data will be due by March 2, 2026
Submitting on time helps avoid penalties and potential OSHA audits.
