New Summer Hours

New Summer Hours

With summer just around the corner, we’re updating our Friday office hours to better serve both you and our team.

Our new Friday hours are 8:00AM to 12:00PM, with limited coverage until 5:00PM for any urgent matters. This will take effect from 6/28/24 through 9/6/24.

As a third generation agency, family has always been extremely important to us and that includes our work family. Part of our Mission Statement reads that we will "give back to our employees..." This temporary schedule change will allow our team to spend more time with their families. This balance of both work and personal time will enable them to serve you with renewed energy.

With this change, our team will still be available to assist you with any urgent matters. Please call 800-686-8664, email us at clientservice@tomia247.com, chat with us online by visiting tomia247.com, or use your Client Connection portal and we will ensure your needs are met promptly.

If you have any questions regarding our summer schedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
